Q: What do you like doing at home?

A: I often feel like my brain is working in overdrive and I can't switch off easily.

I find the simple things hard to enjoy unless sometimes someone says stop” to me.

So I like to have time at home when I can switch off from the world completely and enter another more peaceful space.

During this time I like to just relax and look at the scenery around me for example I like watching the sky from my balcony, watching the leaves grow as time passes,  the gathering of birds on the balcony rail and the cats which walk on the the roof's.

Q: Are you be conscious of the autonomic nerve?

A: I always used to be conscious of my autonomic nerve system, but now, it has adapted in my body and adjusts itself naturally.

My thought processes are able to be switched off and I can be transported to another world. My body does this naturally I don't need to have to control the process.

I used to be a vulnerable person. Who feared peer pressure, TV shows, news, and people, and these pressures resulted in me feeling susceptible.

So Looking back, I can see that I struggled in my youth till my mid twenties when I  finally began to regain more control and was able to adjust my own feelings naturally.

This meant I accepted who I was and my body.
